Anusara Flow for stress and anxiety

Anusara translates to "flow with grace." This all levels yoga class will combine short flows sequences with longer holds in poses that promote mindfulness and relaxation. Our breath will guide the movement and be a focus throughout the practice. This class is appropriate for tweens, teens and adults – anyone who experiences mild stress or anxiety, or anyone who wants a relaxing yoga practice.
